Reliquary Sale Terms

1. Definitions

"PUNICODEX" / "we" / "us"

PUNICODEX, the operator of the PUNICODEX website, the Reliquary store, and the temple network.

"Customer" / "you"

The individual or entity placing an Order through the Reliquary.

"Reliquary"

The PUNICODEX print-on-demand merchandise store, accessible at punicodex.com/store/.

"Product"

A made-to-order physical good sold through the Reliquary, including apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, caps), art prints, canvas prints, sticker sets, enamel pins, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, phone cases, and notebooks.

"Fulfilment Partner"

Printful, Inc., the third-party print-on-demand manufacturer that produces and dispatches Products from its global network of production facilities.

"Made-to-Order"

Custom manufacturing that begins only after an Order is placed. Products are not held in stock; each item is produced individually for the Customer who ordered it.

"Design"

The artwork printed on or applied to a Product, comprising PUNICODEX temple artwork (mascots, logomarks, logolockups) and Creator Designs.

"Creator Design"

A Design created by a verified university-student creator and licensed to PUNICODEX under the Creative Marketplace Terms.

"Order"

A completed checkout for one or more Products through the Reliquary.

2. The Reliquary & Made-to-Order Production

2.1 Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Every Product in the Reliquary is custom-manufactured after purchase. When you place an Order, production is triggered automatically with our Fulfilment Partner, Printful, Inc., which prints, finishes, and dispatches your item from one of its global production facilities. Products are made to order and are never drawn from pre-existing stock. The production facility is selected by the Fulfilment Partner based on destination, capacity, and product type.

The Reliquary offers thirteen product types per temple collection, plus the PUNICODEX house line:

2.3 Product Imagery & Mockups

Product photographs and mockups shown in the Reliquary are illustrative representations generated to preview the Design on each product type. Because every item is printed individually, minor variance in print placement, scale, and colour reproduction (within approximately ±10%) is inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing and does not constitute a defect.

2.4 Production & Dispatch Estimates

Any production, dispatch, or delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in store copy is an estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing queues, facility capacity, and carrier conditions vary by region and season.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Order Formation

Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products. A contract is formed when we accept your Order, which occurs when the Order is transmitted to the Fulfilment Partner for production and an order confirmation is issued to the email address you provided.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe and charged to your card at checkout. All prices are denominated in USD. PUNICODEX does not store your card details; payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

3.3 Prices, Shipping, Taxes & Duties

Listed prices exclude shipping, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. Listed prices also exclude any applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, or import charges. You are the importer of record for your Order and are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your destination country. Shipments refused or abandoned because of unpaid import charges are not eligible for refund.

3.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a Design raises third-party rights concerns, or where the delivery address is incomplete, undeliverable, or cannot be verified. If we cancel an Order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. This is your sole remedy for a cancelled Order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

4.1 Worldwide Shipping

The Reliquary ships worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by carriers and the Fulfilment Partner; they are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, local postal conditions, and peak periods.

4.2 Risk & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the Product is handed to the carrier (carrier handoff). Title in the physical Product passes to you on delivery, subject always to the intellectual property terms in Section 6.

4.3 Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your Order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and to be available to receive or collect the shipment.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If tracking shows no movement for an unreasonable period, or a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us at support@punicodex.com and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our election. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; Orders dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the Customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Returns, Defects & Refunds

5.1 All Sales Final

Because every Product is custom-manufactured to your Order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

5.2 Manufacturing Defects, Transit Damage & Misprints

Notwithstanding Section 5.1, we will put things right where a Product arrives with a manufacturing defect, sustains damage in transit, or carries a misprint (a material deviation from the approved Design beyond the ±10% variance described in Section 2.3). To lodge a claim:

• Contact support@punicodex.com within 30 days of delivery;
• Include your Order number; and
• Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or misprint (including the packaging where damage is claimed).

Verified claims will be resolved by a reprint or a refund, at our election. You are not required to return the defective item unless we ask you to.

5.3 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) ("ACL") that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Made-to-order Products remain fully covered by the ACL consumer guarantees, including the guarantees of acceptable quality and fitness for disclosed purpose. The ACL does not oblige a seller to provide a refund or exchange where a customer simply changes their mind, and — as is standard for custom-made goods — we do not voluntarily offer change-of-mind returns.

5.4 European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. However, because every Product is made to your specifications and clearly personalised, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to your Order, pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the equivalent exception in regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described remain fully available and are not limited by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Designs

6.1 PUNICODEX Temple Artwork

Designs printed on Reliquary Products incorporate PUNICODEX temple artwork — including mascots, logomarks, and logolockups — which is owned by PUNICODEX. Purchase conveys ownership of the physical item only. No intellectual property in the Design is transferred or licensed to you: you may not reproduce, copy, scan for reproduction, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the artwork printed on any Product.

6.2 Creator Designs

Some Designs are original works created by verified university-student creators through the PUNICODEX Creative Marketplace. Creators retain copyright in their works and license them to PUNICODEX for merchandise sales; creators earn a 50% share of net margin on each sale of a Product bearing their work, as set out in the Creative Marketplace Terms. The same no-reproduction rule applies: buying a Product bearing a Creator Design gives you the physical item, not the art.

6.3 Personal Use Only

Products are sold for personal use and gifting. Commercial resale of Reliquary Products, or use of any Design in your own products, marketing, or branding, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUNICODEX's total liability to any Customer arising from an Order shall not exceed the amount paid by that Customer for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Carrier delays, customs holds, or import charges imposed by destination countries
• Acts or omissions of the Fulfilment Partner beyond our reasonable control
• Minor print placement or colour variance within the ±10% tolerance described in Section 2.3
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable EU/UK consumer protection legislation.

8. Cancellation & Termination

8.1 By the Customer

Because production begins promptly after checkout, Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. If you believe you have made an error, contact support@punicodex.com immediately; where production has not yet begun, we may — at our sole discretion — attempt to intercept the Order, but we do not undertake to do so.

8.2 By PUNICODEX

We may cancel an Order at any time before dispatch for the reasons described in Section 3.4, with a full refund. We may also suspend or close the Reliquary, or discontinue any Product or Design, at any time; completed Orders in production at the time will be fulfilled or refunded.

9. Modifications to these Terms

PUNICODEX may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect via a notice on this page and, where practicable, by email. The version in force at the time you place an Order governs that Order. The current version is always available at punicodex.com/terms/store/.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or an Order shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). Each party bears its own costs. Nothing in this Section prevents a consumer from pursuing a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance

Before completing a purchase, every Customer must explicitly agree to these Reliquary Sale Terms. By ticking the acceptance checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein, including the all-sales-final policy for made-to-order goods.
