PUNICODEX Admin Analytics Service
Effective Date: August 4, 2026The analytics service shows the shape of traffic, not the people behind it. All reports are built from aggregated events; we do not track individual visitors across sessions or pages. If you export data, you are responsible for keeping it safe and using it lawfully.
The analytics service processes first-party beacon events that have been stripped of direct identifiers before storage. Reports display counts, rates, trends, and distributions. We do not provide user-level timelines, raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any feature designed to single out a specific visitor.
If a query could reveal a very small group (for example, a single visitor on a rarely visited page), the service may suppress or round the result to preserve the aggregated nature of the data.
We do not:
Session identifiers, where used for counting unique sessions within a day, are derived from one-way hashes and daily-rotating salts. They cannot be reversed or linked across days.
Analytics data is stored in two layers:
Administrators may not override these retention limits through the service.
Administrators and anyone with access to the analytics service must:
We may suspend access immediately for suspected misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
The service allows authorised administrators to export analytics data in CSV format. An export is a copy of aggregated summaries under your control. You are responsible for:
Exports may not be sold, republished, or used to build tracking or profiling products.
Analytics reports reflect events received and processed by the service. There may be delays, gaps, or discrepancies due to network conditions, ad blockers, consent choices, clock skew, or processing latency. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that any report, trend, forecast, or export is complete, timely, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where a service supplied by us carries a consumer guarantee, those guarantees apply in full.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection legislation:
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this address with its effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where a change materially disadvantages you, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), seated in Sydney, New South Wales. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from pursuing a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including recourse to a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
