The Myth at Work
Born on Ortygia. Ártemis was born to Lētô after the goddess wandered the earth under Hêra's curse. The Homeric Hymn to Apollo places her birth on Ortygia — Delos bore Apóllōn, and Ortygia Ártemis — and the tradition recorded by Apollodorus (1. — hold that image; the industries below are where it goes to work.
Actaeon Torn Apart. The hunter Actaeon stumbled upon Ártemis bathing with her nymphs. In punishment, she transformed him into a stag, and his own hounds tore him apart. — remember the shape of that act. You will see it again, wearing a logo.
