Every Reliquary piece is printed or embroidered only after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before the piece ships.
Creator Edition pieces (marked as such) are prepared by our studio and may take a little longer; the order confirmation email tells you which path your order is on.
We ship worldwide through our print partner’s carrier network (postal and courier services, depending on destination). Shipping options and the exact cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
After your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. Delivery estimates after production are typically 3–8 business days for North America, 5–10 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days elsewhere — customs processing can add time outside our control.
If a tracking link stops moving or a delivery estimate passes, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders lost in transit are reprinted or refunded.
