Earth & Sky
Then came the first division — the wound that made space.
Sky lifted from earth, light from dark, above from below.
Nearly every people tells this story the same way:

Earth & Sky → The Vertical World
Earth and Sky became the built world: towers, airports, orbital launches, suburbs and mines — the vertical split, permanently under construction.
Construction & Engineering Building, civil engineering, and the trades that raise the world. The separation as a profession: foundations, towers, and everything holding them apart. Aviation & Aerospace Flight, aerospace engineering, and the sky economy. The sky, permanently occupied — the aviation industry sails what Ouranos once kept. Space, Astronomy & Celestial Science Space agencies, astronomy, and the orbital economy. Orbit is the new heaven: the final separation of earth from the sky-dweller. Home, Hearth & Real Estate Property, home goods, and domestic services. The measured middle ground — every property is a border between earth and sky. Mining & Natural Resources Extraction, minerals, and subterranean wealth. The deep claim on the earth’s body — modern geology, ancient Geb. Architecture & Spatial Design Architecture, interior design, and spatial harmony. The drawn sky — architecture is the separation, designed before it is built.
